Don Willenburg to Present for the Association of Defense Counsel’s Annual Toxic Torts Seminar

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani partner Don Willenburg is a featured speaker for the annual Toxic Torts Seminar presented by the Association of Defense Counsel Toxic Torts Committee on Friday, June 3 in person in San Franscisco. Willenburg will present "Appellate Decisions, Recent and Pending," and lead a discussion on decisions recently made, or under consideration by, California appeals courts. 

The 2022 Toxic Torts Seminar will host speakers wih topics that include the on-going evolution of the practice area due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deconstructing plaintiffs’ experts, recent legislative developments, the latest appellate decisions, recent and pending, and more. MCLE will be offered. 

Willenburg is chair of the firm's national Appellate Practice Group. Described as an “appellate luminary” by the journal California Litigation, he is past chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and for the last decade-plus has chaired the amicus briefs committee of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada working to advance causes important to the defense community.

The Association of Defense Counsel is the only organization in Northern California and the state of Nevada devoted exclusively to representing the interests of attorneys engaged in the defense of civil litigation. To that end, the ADC provides its members a range of support and services geared specifically for their practice.
