Williamsburg partners William W. Sleeth III, Susan Childers North, and Brett C. Herbert have been named among Coastal Virginia Magazine's "Top Lawyers."
Willliam Sleeth has been recognized in the categories of Civil Law Litigation, Susan North in the category of Labor and Employment, and Brett Herbert for Commercial Litigation.
Sleeth is a trial lawyer who represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal court throughout Virginia and the nation, with a special focus on estate and trust litigation, community association representation, and hospitality law.
North's practice includes counseling, mediation, arbitration and litigation of a variety of employment issues, including sexual harassment, race and sex discrimination, age discrimination and disability discrimination, wage and hour claims, as well as covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, business conspiracy and trade secrets.
Herbert is a litigator who focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation, general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and community association representation.
