Alexandria Co-Managing Partner Kelly M. Lippincott will moderate a panel discussion entitled "A Look Inside the Industry" at the 2023 DRI Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium in New York City on November 29, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern.
This panel discussion will address how the business side of the insurance industry impacts individual claims and coverage issues, including the impact of reinsurance, underwriting, reserves, and customer service issues, and how coverage counsel can better represent insurer clients by understanding these issues.
Ms. Lippincott specializes in insurance coverage, product liability, and professional liability. In the area of insurance coverage, she has advised insurers on a variety of matters and defended insurers in federal and state courts. She previously served as Chair of the DRI Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium and currently serves as Editor of the Insurance Law Committee’s featured issues of For the Defense.
