Chicago Associate Andre Hunter Jr. authored an article entitled "Demystifying Asbestos Litigation: A Primer for Illinois Attorneys," published in the November/December 2023 issue of the CBA Record magazine.
Mr. Hunter’s article, tailored for young attorneys, covers key foundational areas in Illinois asbestos litigation, such as the origins of asbestos, asbestos medicine, choice of law considerations, discovery, landmark cases, and available resources.
Mr. Hunter is based in the firm’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice on the defense of individuals and corporate entities in environmental & toxic tort, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters.
