Birmingham Partner Stacy Moon will present segments of an online seminar entitled "Alabama Rules of Evidence: A Practical Toolkit," hosted by the National Business Institute ("NBI") on December 18, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central.
She will cover understanding and admissibility issues surrounding hearsay, witness testimony and reports, the admission and exclusion of specific and specialty pieces of evidence, and how to present evidence to a judge and jury.
