Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Haleh R. Jenkins as a Partner in the firm's Los Angeles and Irvine offices. She joins the Employment Law and Labor practice groups.
Ms. Jenkins' practice is dedicated primarily to representing and counseling employers in employment-related matters, including litigation, appeals, risk management, policy preparation, and training. She represents employers in California state and federal courts.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Jenkins was a partner at a law firm where she represented public and private clients in numerous employment-related cases including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also previously served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Long Beach, representing the City and its departments in employment and complex litigation matters. She has extensive litigation experience in a variety of civil matters and has obtained numerous defense verdicts in trials.

Ms. Jenkins is admitted to practice in California and New York. She earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, where she took part in the Moot Court Honors Program. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
