Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation’s first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, is pleased to announce the addition of Partner Mana Koleini to the firm's Employment Law and Labor practice groups, based out of the San Francisco office.
Ms. Koleini has experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also has experience defending employers in wage and hour and PAGA actions. Ms. Koleini handles cases in state and federal court, as well as arbitration disputes and matters before administrative agencies.

Ms. Koleini also provides preventative counseling to employers regarding all employment practices, including drafting and auditing employee handbooks, preparing employment and severance agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and evaluating termination decisions.
Prior to practicing employment law, Ms. Koleini defended mainly general liability cases, and she continues that work in her current practice. Her diverse client list includes everyone from individual policyholders to Fortune 500 companies. She has obtained hundreds of favorable resolutions through summary judgment or settlement.
She is fluent in Spanish, French, and Farsi and incorporates her diverse background when conducting investigations, dealing with opposing counsel, and building relationships with clients. She is also active in her community as a volunteer with the Canal Alliance and a member of the Iranian-American Bar Association Foundation.
Ms. Koleini is admitted to practice in California. She earned her law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
