Gordon & Rees Advertising & E-Commerce Practice Group Expands with New Attorneys in New York and Washington, D.C.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has expanded the capabilities in the firm’s Advertising & E-Commerce Practice Group with the addition of Graham Reynolds and Elisa A. Nemiroff

Mr. Reynolds is a Senior Counsel in the firm's New York office. He is an experienced technology lawyer who deeply understands the business issues and technical challenges surrounding the fast-moving e-commerce and ad-tech industry. He previously served as in-house counsel to leading e-commerce and ad-tech companies, including Zeta Global Corp, Square and Shopify. He has practical hands-on experience advising on data co-ops, programmatic advertising, and other innovative industry solutions. Graham represents clients in various legal matters, including technology transactions, federal and state law consumer privacy matters, and FTC regulatory compliance. He is an active member of the privacy community and holds CIPP/M and CIPP/US certificates from IAPP for his expertise in privacy law.

Ms. Nemiroff is a Senior Counsel in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She has nearly twenty-five years of experience advising clients on advertising, promotion, consumer protection matters, and related commercial transactions. Throughout her career, Ms. Nemiroff has advised national and international brands selling all variety of products whether direct-to-consumer or “brick and mortar” including dietary supplements, foods, beverages, cosmetics, fashion, technology, and informational products. With a focus on FTC and FDA enforcement priorities, she helps clients develop claim substantiation and find creative solutions and strategies to market their products while minimizing risk. In addition to her advertising counseling, Ms. Nemiroff has expertise in commercial matters, including marketing, agency, influencer, sponsorship, and service agreements.
