Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named San Francisco partner Marie Trimble Holvick as the new National Practice Group Leader of the firm's Retail & Hospitality Practice Group. She is also the Managing Partner of the firm's San Francisco and Oakland offices.
Holvick serves clients in a wide range of industries, but has a particular focus on hospitality industry clients. She is very active in the hospitality industry and has expertise in defending restaurants, wineries, and hotels in employment and ADA litigation. She also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Golden Gate Restaurant Association and as President of the Board of Directors for Foodwise, formerly CUESA.
