Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named Jennifer Holly Assistant Managing Partner of the firm's Fresno office. Ms. Holly will work alongside Northern California Managing Partner Adam Sugarman.
Ms. Holly is an experienced litigator and counselor, providing clients with solutions in all employment and traditional labor law matters. She has represented companies across industries in both class actions and single-plaintiff cases. Ms. Holly regularly represents employers in state, federal, and administrative courts before the California Labor Commissioner, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
