Nashville Senior Counsel Samantha Gerken has been recognized as a finalist for the Nashville Emerging Leader Awards by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and its young professionals initiative. Winners will be announced at an event on July 12.
The Nashville Emerging Leader Awards will acknowledge young professionals under 40 for their accomplishments within their industry and contributions to the local community's growth. The Nashville Chamber of Commerce is Middle Tennessee's largest regional business federation, dedicated to ensuring economic prosperity and representing nearly 2,000 companies.
Ms. Gerken’s practice includes representing companies in administrative complaints of harassment and discrimination with the EEOC and state departments and representing companies in litigation under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations.
