Inland Northwest Co-Managing Partner Meredith Thielbahr will serve as a panelist for a session entitled "Sponsorship, Change Agents & Allies" during Centerforce's Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Summit in Seattle, Washington on October 5, 2023.
This presentation will highlight that fostering diversity in the workplace is essential to organizational growth. Thielbahr and her co-presenters will explore how leadership can use privilege for the greater good, pay it forward through sponsorship, and offer mentoring and coaching where appropriate.
The Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Summit is an annual event for leaders and stakeholders to exchange ideas, network, and learn best practices for driving diversity in the legal sector through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Thielbahr is Co-Managing Partner of the Inland Northwest offices, which includes both Spokane, Washington and Boise, Idaho, and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Government Contracts practice group. Licensed in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, as well as the District of Columbia, she handles complex commercial litigation matters, including general civil litigation and products liability issues.
