Stacy L. Moon, Partner in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, presented a Toolbox Talk to DRI’s Construction Law Committee on February 27, 2023.
In her presentation, Ms. Moon discussed the intersection of products liability and construction cases. She also explored the analysis that courts apply when determining whether a component of a project should be deemed separate products or integrated parts of construction projects.
Ms. Moon is an AV-rated attorney, with more than 20 years of primarily defense litigation, including commercial, construction, employment litigation, and professional liability defense.
