Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Denise A. Dickey as a Partner in the firm's San Diego office, strengthening the General Liability practice group.
Ms. Dickey is an experienced litigation attorney with a proven track record of success in and out of the courtroom in all aspects of litigation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. Her litigation practice has spanned decades, including insurance defense, personal injury, municipality and police liability, insurance fraud, civil rights and constitutional issues, professional liability, auto and aviation accidents, contract and business litigation, construction, real estate, and general civil.

Before joining the firm, she worked for several well-respected insurance defense firms, where she handled a wide assortment of large-exposure insurance defense and municipal liability litigation matters, managed her own firm, which focused upon personal injury, civil and business disputes, and alternative dispute resolution, and as a Deputy District Attorney for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. In addition to her work as a litigation attorney, she has served as a mediator, arbitrator, and judge pro tem for the local courts.
Ms. Dickey is admitted to practice in California, the California Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her mediation training was obtained at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Ventura College.
