GRSM Welcomes Mark G. Giannotti as Partner in Health Care Practice Group

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Mark G. Giannotti as a Partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, strengthening the firm's Healthcare, Professional Liability and Insurance practice groups. 

Mark Giannotti is an experienced trial attorney who defends his clients in various civil litigation including medical and healthcare litigation, professional liability, and complex civil litigation. He regularly defends hospitals, medical entities, long-term care facilities, surgical centers, physicians, nurses and medical providers in claims of malpractice. He has significant experience representing clients in catastrophic bodily injury, construction defect and casualty cases. Mr. Giannotti has tried roughly 60 cases to verdict and expands our deep bench of aggressive trial attorneys.

Following law school, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for nearly a decade. In 2008, he was promoted to the head of the Special Victims Unit in York County. During the course of his employment in the public sector, he conducted numerous jury trials while being assigned to the Special Victims Unit, Arson Unit, Felony Drug/Gang Unit, and Insurance Fraud Division.

Mark Giannotti is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his law degree from Duquesne University and a dual bachelor's degree in Criminology and Spanish from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
