She strengthens the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Professional Liability Defense practice groups, deepening the firm's bench in the Midwest.
Williams brings a wealth of experience in criminal, civil, appellate, municipal, and employment law. Before joining the firm, she served as Deputy City Attorney, representing the city in state and federal courts. With more than 80 cases tried before judges across diverse state, federal, and international forums, she has a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation.

Williams is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
She earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
She is an adjunct professor of criminology at Marquette University and serves as a mentor to law enforcement and community partners in preventing and assisting in the prosecution of human trafficking and sex crimes.
