August 2024

New Jersey Partner Michelle Molinaro Burke has been elected to a three-year term as a Member of the Council of the American Bar Association Litigation Section. The Council is the governing body of the Section, which is one of the largest sections in the ABA. Her three-year term commenced at the conclusion of the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting last week in Chicago.

The ABA Litigation Section is the premier association for lawyers and judges involved in litigation and trial practice. In her new role, she will work to further the mission of the Litigation Section, to provide the knowledge, skills, and connections for Section Members to be more effective and successful litigators, counselors, and leaders.

She has been involved in Litigation Section leadership for more than a decade and has previously served as a Chair of the Products Liability Committee and Young Advocates Committee, and most recently, as a member of the Membership & Marketing Committee. In her practice, Burke is a trial lawyer that handles various complex litigation and has experience serving as national, local, and primary defense counsel and managing a large docket of product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and general civil litigation matters.
