Chicago Partner Diane Webster was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers ("ACTL"). Webster was recognized at the ACTL Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN, on September 28, 2024.
The ACTL is an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada. The College thoroughly investigates each nominee for admission and selects only those who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality.
Webster is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including medical and healthcare cases, catastrophic injury, birth injury, product liability, commercial litigation, and BIPA, representing a diverse range of clients such as physicians, hospitals, corporations, and government entities. She has consistently been recognized among elite lawyers both nationally and statewide, and will be honored with the 2024 Latina Lawyer of the Year Award by the Hispanic Lawyers Association this month.
