Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes René I. Gamboa as a Partner in the firm's San Francisco office, strengthening the Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Business Transactions practice groups.
Mr. Gamboa has extensive experience serving as outside general counsel for a diverse range of clients, including startups and multi-national companies, successfully guiding them through various stages of development, from initial entity formation to exit strategies, and offering expertise in areas such as intellectual property, corporate governance, and real estate transactions. In these roles, he worked collaboratively across various departments within the companies to implement their legal strategies.

He possesses dual expertise in transactional law and litigation, having successfully litigated complex commercial, securities, and real estate cases. Mr. Gamboa's experience also extends to serving as bond counsel and representing financial services, securities, and real estate professionals in regulatory forums such as FINRA.
Mr. Gamboa has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer and is accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.
Mr. Gamboa is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. He earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Theory, and his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco.
