Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Solomon Pantuch back as a Partner in the firm's Walnut Creek office. He strengthens the Environmental & Toxic Tort, Health Care, Commercial Litigation, and Insurance practice groups, deepening the firm's bench in California.
Pantuch concentrates his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. He works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiation and trial preparation. He has extensive experience litigating complex, high-exposure cases involving product liability, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He also has experience counseling and defending insurer clients on matters involving bad faith litigation, denial of benefits, and the application of insurance policies per state and federal guidelines.

Pantuch is admitted to practice in California. He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and completed a Litigation Certificate with Distinction. Additionally, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
