Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named litigation Partner Varouj Arabian Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Ventura County office. Mr. Arabian will jointly lead the Ventura County office with litigation Partner Debra Ellwood Meppen, who serves as the Chair of the firm’s national Employment Law practice group.
With a very active employment litigation practice, Mr. Arabian defends employers against a variety of employment claims including those of discrimination, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour claims. His employment practice is wide-ranging, as he also provides employers with advice and counsel on all employment-related issues from employee onboarding documentation through the handling of post-termination disputes. Mr. Arabian provides legal counsel to clients spanning industries such as entertainment, hospitality, finance, real estate, technology, manufacturing, fashion, and healthcare.
