Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani acted as exclusive legal counsel to Cagwin & Dorward and its owners in its sale to Sperber Landscape Companies. The Gordon & Rees team was led by Chicago partner Jonathan Boulahanis and senior counsel Tyler Duff, with assistance from associate Elizabeth Hitt, paralegal Aleksandra Rajska, and partner and chair of the Business Transactions group, Craig Heryford. Of counsel, Robin Mahapatra also provided tax advice to the company and its shareholders.
Sperber Landscape Companies strategically sought expansion into the Northern California marketplace, and it accomplished that result in a big way by completing a transaction with Cagwin & Dorward.
