Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Birmingham Partner Stacy Moon and Senior Counsel Jeremy Richter successfully obtained a complete dismissal of all of the claims against their clients in a case pending in Elmore County, Alabama. The plaintiffs alleged that the firm’s clients had been negligent, wanton, and fraudulently suppressed information pertaining to a real estate transaction, but Gordon & Rees was successful in proving to the court that the plaintiffs’ claims had no merit and they could not prevail.
