Gordon & Rees Birmingham Partner Stacy Moon and Senior Counsel Jeremy Richter successfully obtained a complete dismissal of all of the allegations against their clients in a case pending in Jefferson County, Alabama.
The plaintiff made claims against the firm’s clients for negligence, wantonness, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and malicious interference with custodial relations, but Gordon & Rees was successful in proving to the Court that the plaintiff’s claims had no merit, and they could not prevail.
