    Andrew D. Randol is an Associate Attorney in GRSM’s Atlanta office. Andrew has experience litigating complex commercial matters in both federal and state court, from start to finish. His experience includes real estate disputes, disputes associated with mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property disputes, and other general contractual matters. In addition, Andrew has defended a range of general liability matters for numerous fortune 500 companies, including commercial and residential construction defects, trucking and transportation matters, premises liability, product defects, and other tort claims.

    Representative Experience

    • Overturned trial court on appeal for abuse of discretion after it failed to grant the remedy of specific performance for the breach of a real estate contract. Victoria IP, LLC v. Sanders, 10th Dist. Franklin No. 18AP-82, 2018 WL 8583019.
    • Achieved full dismissal of lawsuit against out of state clients based on lack of personal jurisdiction under the due process clause of the U.S. Constitution and Ohio’s long-arm statute. Durfee v. Helbing Law LLC, et al. Delaware, C.P. No. 18 CVH 090507 (Mar. 17, 2020).
    • Independently managed complex construction defects case against general contractor for alleged negligent construction of a commercial building, which included expansive third-party practice against numerous subcontractors and retention and consultation with numerous industry experts.
