The Atlanta office is led by office managing partner Chad Shultz. Chad handles commercial disputes and is a practice group leader for the Firm’s Employment section, with 30 years of experience litigating in state and federal courts across the county. Chad leads a team of skilled attorneys in Atlanta who, in addition to the practice areas mentioned above, also defend insureds and companies in matters involving catastrophic injury, torts, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, construction litigation and state and federal consumer protection statutes.
