Eric A. Simon is an Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM. Eric’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, litigation and cyber security and data privacy. Eric’s practice focuses on litigation and pre-suit matters throughout the United States.
Prior to joining GRSM, Eric was an Associate attorney at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where he handled medical malpractice and professional negligence lawsuits. Eric has experience litigating in federal and state courts.
Eric earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. During his time at Loyola, Eric was awarded one CALI award for academic excellence, was a senior member of the Law Journal and was a member of the Clara Barton International Humanitarian Law moot court team.
