Collections Administrative Assistant

We have openings for Collections Administrative Assistants in our San Diego office.  Ideal candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in researching, analyzing and resolving problems, coordinating with the Collection Specialists, performing account reconciliations; assisting appropriate personnel with cash application; researching, resolving and following up on deductions and appeals; and resolving billing issues.

Collections - Administrative Assistants (2 years)

Qualifications:

  • Some college education with an emphasis in accounting or business preferred.  Comparable work experience may be substituted for educational requirement. 

  • Preferred areas of work experience include collections and accounts receivable.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

  • Must have solid computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.  Proficiency in Legal Billing Systems, Aderant Collections, ARCS Software Filesite or iManage is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate persuasively and interact effectively with employees and clients with varied backgrounds and levels of responsibility.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range:  $45,000 - $60,000
