We have an immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal in our Reno office.  Ideal candidates must have three or more years of trial and litigation experience. Qualifications:

• • Civil litigation experience.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support.
  • Proficiency in document management software (i.e., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trial preparation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is a plus.
  • Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
  • ABA Paralegal certification is required and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Salary Range $45,000 - $80,000 – Depends on experience
