Lance Ream to Speak at ABA Section of Litigation’s Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar

On February 13, 2015, Lance Ream will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s annual Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar entitled, “What to Do When You Think the Judge Hates Your Tactics, Your Style, Your Case, Your Client, and Every Word You’ve Ever Said.” The panel will be comprised of prominent judges and litigators from across the country and will give practical advice to attorneys who find themselves before a seemingly hostile judge. The seminar takes place from February 12 -15 at the Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Ream is a senior counsel in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees. He is a member of the firm's commercial litigation group, and his practice focuses on contractual disputes and business torts. He also has extensive experience with professional liability defense and ERISA litigation. In addition to his practice, Mr. Ream is a member of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Content Management Committee and the president-elect of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado.
