Pittsburgh Medicare Compliance attorneys Ciara Koba and Rachel Maldonado will present "Interplay between Section 111 Reporting and Medicare Conditional Payment Obligations" at the New York Self-Insurers Association (NYSIA) Spring Workshop in New York on June 6 at 11 a.m.

Koba and Maldonado will present a discussion on the interplay between MMSEA Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting and Medicare Conditional Payments. They will highlight common errors made by responsible reporting entities and explain cost saving solutions to correct and ensure accurate and timely reporting and conditional payment reimbursement.
