Anastasia F. Osbrink is Senior Counsel at GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Professional Liability practice groups.
Anastasia regularly defends clients in commercial/business disputes, as well as employment-related matters such as DFEH and EEOC claims, wage and hour/PAGA claims, and directors/officers litigation. She has also served as general outside counsel for several corporate clients, addressing such issues as trademark and copyright registration and infringement claims.
Anastasia joined GRSM in September 2020 after having served as an associate with a large national full-service firm, practicing in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation, complex litigation, professional liability defense, and labor and employment.
Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her family, going to the zoo, museums, and watching her hometown Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds!
