    Augustus Tabor III is a civil litigation attorney with extensive experience serving the insurance, construction, automotive, and finance industries.

    Augustus has a proven track record of successfully defending contractors against catastrophic personal injury lawsuits. These lawsuits include claims by workers and members of the public that they were severely injured due to defective and/or deficient construction. He has also represented both general contractors and subcontractors in numerous construction defect actions and various other matters pertaining to the construction industry.

    Augustus also possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, garnered through his representation of car dealerships, car manufacturers, and automobile finance companies. He has developed specialized expertise in handling claims arising under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition Law, Automobile Sales & Finance Act, Truth in Lending Act, as well as the Song-Beverly and Magnusson-Moss Warranty Acts.
