Cynthia Patane is a Partner in the Phoenix office of GRSM. She focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, health care law, and risk management. Cynthia has significant experience litigating medical malpractice cases of all varieties. A substantial portion of her practice has been dedicated to defending ophthalmologists. She assists hospitals, physicians and medical corporations with risk management. Cynthia represents health care providers at most of the licensing boards in Arizona, including the Arizona Medical Board, Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners and Arizona Board of Optometry.
Cynthia has given multiple presentations regarding medical-legal matters to healthcare professionals. She has also devoted a significant amount of time to community based nonprofit endeavors. Cynthia is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
