Daniel J. Woodcock is a Senior Counsel in the Detroit office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. For over 20 years, he has represented employers regarding general labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination and discrimination.
Before joining GRSM, Daniel had his own law practice where he represented a diverse group of clients in a wide variety of legal areas, including employment, commercial litigation, construction, and collections. He represents large and small businesses in a variety of commercial disputes involving breach of contract, claim and delivery, non-compete, and real estate matters. His construction practice involves litigation and arbitration of construction defect, lien, contract, and bond claims. Mr. Woodcock also has vast experience in pre-suit collections and the collection of domestic and foreign judgments.
