Danielle Pell is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance practice group.

Prior to joining GRSM, Danielle worked as an insurance defense associate focusing her practice on medical malpractice and healthcare law, as well as complex tort and casualty law.  She also previously worked as a plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney.  Her former work experience has given her a better understanding of strategy, evidentiary issues and resolution approaches, which she brings to her defense practice.  Danielle understands that communication is key, and therefore, she goes out of her way to keep her clients updated and involved in every step of the litigation.

A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Danielle served as a student leader for the Pro Bono Mediation Project, a Marshall Brennan Fellow teaching Constitutional Law to high school students in Camden, a Student Bar Association Representative and as a volunteer for the Domestic Violence Project. She also worked in the Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic, helping those in foreclosure save their homes.  Danielle currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
