    Diane helps individuals, businesses, and local governments resolve disputes in and out of the courtroom. She provides invaluable counsel to small and mid-sized employers with a focus on proactive advice to help minimize your legal risk. When that risk cannot be avoided, Diane is a skilled litigator, adept at defending her clients in state and federal court against wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage claims. Diane also represents individuals and businesses accused of professional negligence and has successfully represented healthcare providers, insurance brokers, authors, and genetics testing laboratories.

    Outside of work, she can be found volunteering with animal rescue organizations, reading, or paddling on the Willamette River.
