    Francisco Guzman-Andrade is an Associate in the New Jersey office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.  His practice focuses on helping business entities, insurance carriers, and other clients achieve favorable resolutions to their litigation issues. Prior to joining GRSM, Mr. Guzman served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Allison E. Accurso, J.A.D. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division in Trenton, NJ before joining a reputable regional firm where he represented banks, equipment leasing and finance companies, commercial landlords, institutional investment management firms, and other financial institutions, businesses, and clients in a wide array of matters from inception through trial.

    Mr. Guzman is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and received his J.D. with Honors from Rutgers Law School. At Rutgers Law, Mr. Guzman was an Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow for the Eagleton Institute of Politics’ Graduate Fellowship Program in Politics and Government. As part of his fellowship, Mr. Guzman worked in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the New Jersey State Senate Minority Office. Mr. Guzman also served as a student attorney in the Rutgers Law Immigrant Justice Clinic and took part in several pro bono initiatives during his time at Rutgers Law. At graduation, Mr. Guzman was awarded the Rutgers Law Pro Bono Publico Award for significant service in public interest for his work through these and other endeavors.
