James D. DeBartolo is Senior Counsel in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. James has extensive litigation experience, with a focus on product liability, complex commercial disputes, and professional malpractice defense in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
James graduated from Boston College in 2010 and attended Seton Hall University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2015. During law school, he was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg, United States District Judge (retired). James was also a member of the Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights clinic where he litigated on behalf of unaccompanied minor immigrants seeking asylum.
