    Katye J. Griffin is Senior Counsel in the Raleigh office of GRSM. Ms. Griffin has experience answering legal and practical questions for health care clients. She is passionate about using her knowledge and skillset to ease the administrative burdens providers face, allowing them to focus on doing what they do best. 

    Katye has served health care clients both as a practicing attorney and as a registered state lobbyist. She has also led three statewide health-focused nonprofit organizations as Executive Director.

    In addition to her regulatory and transactional health care law practice, government relations, and nonprofit leadership experience, Katye has worked as a municipal attorney for multiple municipalities in North Carolina. She is comfortable working with clients who need assistance navigating both the state legislative process and local government regulations.

    Katye is from Lumberton, North Carolina. She was raised in a family of health care providers and developed an interest in the intersection of health care and law at a young age. Katye and her husband Jefferson have one son.
