Kylie Ostling is an Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM. Her practice primarily focuses on insurance coverage, litigation, and cyber security & data privacy matters.
Prior to joining GRSM, Kylie worked at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where she handled medical malpractice and professional liability lawsuits in both state and federal courts. During law school, she served as a legal extern within the Enforcement Department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), where she gained exposure to enforcement of FINA and MSRB rules as well as federal securities laws and rules. Kylie also worked as a law clerk at a Chicago-based personal injury firm throughout law school, gaining valuable experience working on professional and general negligence matters.
Kylie graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago (“UIC”) School of Law in May 2023. While at UIC, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law. Kylie also served as an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Honors Council Executive Board, and participated in the 35th Annual Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition.
