Nicholas W. Lynes

Nicholas W. Lynes is Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Law practice group. He defends companies of all sizes and industries in wage and hour, class action, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower, and wrongful termination matters. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation and practices in both state and federal courts. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Nicholas practiced employment litigation at one of the largest national law firms.

• Defense verdict in a wage and hour and whistleblower retaliation matter in arbitration for convalescent hospital client. 
• Motion for nonsuit granted in arbitration pertaining to the plaintiff’s cause of action for negligent hiring, supervision, or retention.  
• Second chaired a three-week jury trial that resulted in a jury verdict for client.
