    Omar Al-Hendy is an Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM. He focuses his practice on the defense of manufacturers and suppliers in a variety of product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation matters involving exposure to asbestos and various chemicals.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Omar worked as an associate at a nationwide civil defense firm, in which he developed his skills and knowledge both in tort law as well as specific product liability issues. Omar has been involved in the civil litigation process from inception to conclusion, taking a case throughout the entirety of the discovery process and preparing it for trial if necessary.

    • Obtained findings of guilt in numerous Class X & Class 1 felony trials throughout the Juvenile Courthouses in Cook County, the second largest county in America.
    • Appeared on behalf of manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in hundreds of depositions involving potential Product Liability based on allegations of asbestos exposure
