    Patrick Moran is a business litigator whose practice focuses primarily upon professional liability, cyber and employment defense matters. Patrick regularly defends professionals, including entrepreneurs, executives and managers, in administrative and civil proceedings throughout the Midwest.

    In connection with his representation in employment litigation, Patrick represents employers in claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation. He also frequently advises and counsels employers on personnel policies and harassment investigations.

    Patrick frequently represents his clients in cyber claims involving internet security, privacy, theft of confidential data, website content and unfair competition issues.

    Patrick also represents national franchisors in litigation concerning breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes, trademark infringement and violation of non-compete agreements. He has additionally successfully counseled his clients in the breakup of franchises when litigation posed too much cost or risk.
