Raymond is a seasoned litigator with more than 30 years of experience in California courts. He is an accomplished trial attorney who regularly represents Fortune 100 companies and other large multinational corporations. His practice focuses on employment litigation, products liability and catastrophic injury cases.

As a prominent litigator, Raymond has a reputation for developing innovative litigation approaches and aggressively litigating cases in a cost-efficient manner. He has superior analytical skills and the ability to simplify the most complex of legal issues. This allows him to quickly assess the strengths and weaknesses of a case and develop winning litigation strategies. Indeed, his superior litigation tactics have consistently secured favorable results for his clients which far exceed those obtained by similarly situated parties.

Raymond has substantial experience defending employment cases including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims.  He has first-chaired numerous jury trials, has argued “landscape-changing” appeals, and has served as National Coordinating Counsel for large corporations embroiled in high-risk mass litigation. Raymond has also managed prominent and elite litigation groups that were responsible for defending hundreds of active lawsuits annually.

Raymond is the former editor of the Cross-Border Business Bulletin. He was solicited to write a chapter on cross-examination techniques for the Practicing Law Institute’s “Expert Witnesses Answer Book” and has spoken at several seminars and conferences on high-level litigation-related topics.

Raymond is admitted to the California state bar and was previously a member of the Ontario and British Columbia bars. He was a top-tier graduate in law school, placed first in his undergraduate class, and was a Rhodes Scholarship finalist.
