Sara Bagheri is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of GRSM. Sara defends a variety of businesses in complex matters involving Labor and Employment Law. She represents employers in a wide range of disputes including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Sara also advises clients on a range of workplace law matters including FEHA/EEO compliance, risk mitigation, accommodations, employment agreements and policies. Sara also manages complex, high-profile matters from pre-trial through trial, settlement, and appeals, in state and federal courts.
