Sarah Frazier is a CPA Candidate and Of Counsel in business transactions, business taxation, international, and cannabis, hemp & CBD groups. Sarah brings together her accounting and legal background to help solve client problems. She has a broad international background, having competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and having completed her LL.M. dissertation on the UN Convention Against Corruption. Prior to her current position, Ms. Frazier practiced civil litigation.
