Sebastian M. van Roundsburg is an Associate in the San Diego office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.
Sebastian has extensive experience in complex state and federal court cases involving trademark infringement, breach of contract, privacy and data protection, false advertising, unfair competition, shareholder rights, defamation, and other business disputes. He has experience in all stages of litigation from responding to pleadings and conducting discovery to dispositive motions and trial.
Prior to joining GRSM, he practiced as an attorney in the UK, including at a Chambers 500 law firm, with a focus on commercial and civil litigation.
