    Solomon “Sol” Krotzer is Of Counsel in the Phoenix office of GRSM, bringing a wealth of litigation experience to the team.  Sol has handled trials, both bench and jury, arbitrations and appeals including oral argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Sol has represented a wide range of clients, including insurers, banks, loan servicers, community associations and developers.  He has actively litigated cases involving personal injury, lender liability including Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, creditor’s rights, contested judicial foreclosures and lien enforcement matters, breach of contract, New Mexico Unfair Practices Act, amongst others.

  • Representative Experience
    • Obtained defense verdict as to all claims after a three week jury trial in Mohave County in favor of community association client.  Litigation included a highly publicized effort of a developer to transform a golf course community into an RV Park.  Also prevailed on appeal to Arizona Court of Appeals. 
    • Obtained defense verdict after jury trial in federal court in fraud case against banking client that received some local publicity.  Also prevailed in associated appeal to 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
    •   Obtained summary judgment on all claims in favor of loan servicer client in hotly contested matter that generated a published opinion with Arizona Court of Appeal
