The team of GRSM attorneys in the Denver office continues to grow in both size and breadth of practice, including areas such as professional liability, healthcare, bankruptcy, construction, employment, government, securities, insurance, privacy, catastrophic injuries, mass torts, products liability, and commercial litigation. In addition to litigation, our attorneys represent clients in pre-litigation matters, government investigations, regulatory matters, arbitrations, class action lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation. Lawyers in the office have collectively tried over one hundred cases to verdict or judgment and have been counsel of record in numerous precedent setting appellate cases. The office is proud of its longstanding working relationships with national clients, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, insurance companies, manufacturers, law firms, and Colorado’s largest utility company.
Lawyers in the Denver office have served as law clerks and judicial interns for various trial and appellate courts and have contributed to court-related committees garnering particular insight into the judicial process. Our attorneys have prior experience in various areas of the law providing unique proficiencies for the clients we represent. This includes attorneys who formerly worked as prosecutors, a Deputy Securities Commissioner at the Colorado Division of Securities, and the supervising attorney of a non-profit law center. The Denver office also has an attorney who teaches securities law at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.

Our lawyers are actively involved in national, state, and local bar associations as past presidents or chairs, board members, committee chairs, and members. The Denver office supports the law schools at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado, by serving on committees and sponsoring various events, and they serve as coaches and judges for high school and law school mock trial competitions. Our attorneys receive honors and awards for their professional achievements and community-based commitments, including prestigious organizations such as the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Our lawyers have strong ties to non-profit organizations throughout Colorado. Each year the office selects non-profit organizations to support financially and by service throughout the community.
